TV Antennas

Digital TV antennas let you enjoy watching free TV over-the-air (OTA) without subscribing to a dedicated TV service. These antennas offer access to your local channels including PBS, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, CW, and many more.

Indoor TV Antennas

These antennas come in a variety of styles to fit the aesthetic of your home. Pay attention to where you place the antenna so you can get the strongest signal possible.

Some key things to look for when buying a TV antenna are:

  • Multidirectional antennas - These antennas don't need to be adjusted to improve signal strength. Instead, they receive signals from several directions at once, so you're always connected.
  • Amplified antennas - These antennas help boost signal strength and pick up more station signals. They're especially helpful if you live in a rural area that's farther away from the broadcast tower.
  • Flat Antennas - Slim multidirectional antennas that can be placed behind your TV or laid flat on a TV stand. These antennas can receive local HDTV, DTV, and analog TV signals for you to enjoy.
  • Outdoor/attic antennas - Designed to be installed on the roof, outside a building, or in an attic. Outdoor antennas offer the best signal strength and can operate for many years.
  • Signal range - This will depend on the type of antenna. Indoor antennas generally have a range of 30-45 miles while outdoor antennas can have a max range of around 70 miles. Beyond that, antennas will have difficulty picking up a signal because of the curvature of the Earth.

How much do digital TV antennas cost?

Indoor antennas typically cost between $20-$120. Outdoor antennas cost between $30-$200.
