End-user consumer purchasers who purchase a qualifying new LG Refrigerator model at participating retailers in the 50 U.S. states, D.C., or P.R. during the Program Period (defined below) will be eligible to receive the specified LG Visa Prepaid Card by mail-in rebate or online subject to the terms and conditions below. For the purposes of this promotional offer, a qualifying new LG Refrigerator model” includes the models outlined above. Upon purchase of a qualifying LG Refrigerator model LG will provide a rebate to the consumer for the amount of a single grocery purchase before taxes (shown on grocery receipt) worth up to $200. Except as otherwise required by law, this promotional offer is limited to one LG Visa Prepaid Card per household on each qualifying new LG Refrigerator model purchased between January 2, 2020 and April 1, 2020 (the Program Period”). Purchase date is determined by receipt. Consumers can receive a prepaid Visa card for the value of grocery purchases during the thirty day period after the qualifying refrigerator purchase, up to a maximum of $200. For the purposes of this promotional offer, Groceries” and Grocery” means consumable food items sold at grocery stores, supermarkets, superstores and pharmacies and specifically excludes purchases from restaurants. Consumers submitting claims by mail must submit the following in one envelope: (1) original, dated sales receipt of eligible products purchased during the program period or legible copies of original dated sales receipt from participating retailers dated between January 2, 2020 and April 1, 2020, (2) original, dated purchase receipt of groceries purchased from a grocery store dated within 30 calendar days from the purchase of refrigerator, and (3) redemption form, completely and legibly filled out.
