Information on the promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion
is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE: This promotion is only open to individuals who are legal residents of, and live
within, the 50 United States of America or D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of purchase.
Employees (and their immediate families and friends) of the Promoter, participating retailers and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to any Quoted
Builder/Commercial Contracted quotes or sales of any trade seconds or refurbished products. Floor
products or open box products do not qualify. Free products as part of other promotional packages do
not qualify. This promotion shall be limited to one claim per household, except where prohibited by law.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion commences at 12:01am (PST) on March 1, 2024 and closes
at 11:59pm (PST) on December 31, 2024 (Promotional Period). You must register your claim within 12
months of your Qualifying Product purchase. All claims must be received by the Promoter by 11.59pm
(PST) on December 31, 2025 (Claims Closing Date). Any claims received after this date will be ineligible.
PROMOTIONAL OFFER: During the Promotional Period, and from a participating retailer authorized by
Fisher & Paykel, in a single transaction:
- Purchase at least either:
- Any Range; or
- Any Built-In Refrigeration (All Integrated Refrigerators & Freezers, Column Refrigerators &
Freezers, Wine Cabinets & CoolDrawerTM Multi-temperature Drawers) to be eligible to receive a 10% Rebate (on Qualifying Product(s) set out below) by way of a credit on a Prepaid Mastercard
- Purchase 4 or more Fisher & Paykel appliances (Qualifying Products as set out inside) to be eligible
to receive a 15% Rebate (on the total purchase amount of Fisher & Paykel products) by way of a credit on
a Prepaid Mastercard
- In addition to the 15% Rebate, spend $25,000 or more on the total purchase amount of Fisher & Paykel
products to be eligible to receive an extension of your two year limited manufacturer’s warranty described below by an additional
three years on the same terms and conditions.
Each new Fisher & Paykel appliance comes with a two year limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on parts

Taxes or any other additional fees or charges (e.g. delivery, extended warranty charges) do not apply

*You must register your claim online within 12 months of your Qualifying Product purchase.
This promotional offer is not available to customers who choose to delay delivery of their Qualifying Products
beyond the Claims Closing Date as the provision of serial numbers is mandatory for entry into this promotion.
This offer is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This offer can be used in addition to the DCS Appliances Rebate promotion with the effective date of
