- Must purchase a qualifying appliance between January 5, 2023 - May 17, 2023.
- Online claims must be submitted in accordance with instructions by June 16, 2023.
- If you purchased your appliances as part of a new construction or remodeling project, you may submit your claim by the deadline, and update the serial numbers once delivered.
*Rebate is a prepaid Mastercard® Card. Allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of prepaid Mastercard Card. Cards are issued by Citibank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Mastercard International and managed by Citi® Prepaid Services. The prepaid Mastercard Card expires 6 months after issuance.
Valid for selected Frigidaire appliances listed purchased between January 5, 2023 - May 17, 2023. No substitution of other models is allowed. Limit one rebate per customer, receipt, household or address. Not available to clubs,
organizations, or groups or multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, wholesale sales, etc. Claim MUST be submitted online or postmarked no later than June 16, 2023. If you purchased your appliance(s) as part
of a new home construction or remodeling project, check the New Construction” box above and you may submit your claim upon delivery of your appliances (postmarked by August 6, 2023), provided the receipt was originally
generated and dated within the program period. All products must be purchased on the same invoice. Photocopies will be accepted. Please keep a copy of your sales slip and this claim for your records. Completed
materials will not be returned. Allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of virtual prepaid Mastercard Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is
a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement. Cards will not have
