Cook up to 10 lb. of french fries per hour with this countertop deep fryer! With a 9" x 12" fry area, this device will not take up a large portion of your counter but will still produce a sufficient amount of fried food for your bar or cafe.

Includes Twin Baskets

It comes standard with twin stainless steel fryer baskets. These baskets fit nicely next to each other in the fryer so you can fry two different batches at the same time.

Large Basket and Lid

For additional versatility, a single large stainless steel basket and a night cover are also included. Now you can cook one large batch when needed and keep your oil safe when not in use.

Hinged Heating Element
