Complemented by the KUBE-1, KEF's newest, diminutive high performance subwoofer, the KHT1005.2 Series is a 5.1 home theater speaker system featuring KEF's iconic ‘egg-shaped' surround speakers. Both are part of the second-generation installment to KEF's Home Theater 1000 Series speaker system.

With the KHT1005.2 Series, we improved upon the precedent set with the success of our Home Theater Speaker systems, said Alec Chanin, president of KEF America . Incorporating a sleek and sophisticated design, along with our smallest Uni-Q (R) driver, the KHT1005.2 Series delivers KEF's signature high end sound from an incredibly compact system.

Based on the highly successful Home Theater 1000 Series speaker system, the KHT1005.2 Series improves upon the already stellar audio performance of its predecessor. With four satellites and one center channel speaker, the KHT1005.2 features the latest generation of Uni-Q drivers with advanced aerospace material. At 75mm (3-inch), they are the smallest Uni-Q drivers used in KEF speakers, resulting in exceptional clarity within a diminutive enclosure.
