Electronic Express is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to help implement some of the most integral features that will drive our company’s growth strategy and expand our e-commerce platform. As Director of the E-Commerce, you will oversee the department with over 20 dedicated employees and work closely with the Customer Service Team. In addition, this director will work directly with the Director of Marketing to oversee online marketing efforts and increase conversion through Branded ROI-focuses and Non-Branded Awareness-focused programs.

The E-Commerce Director will be responsible for all account management on the various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms that Electronic Express uses. The position will require a self-motivated, analytic and creative thinker to manage and track all incoming data and performance to identify key trends and year-over-year sales to increase sales and drive growth. This individual should be familiar with the various e-commerce platforms and technology and have worked in the retail industry for more than 3 years. This position requires a combination of analytical, creative and strategic thinking, along with management, in order to oversee revenue goals while staying ahead of industry and channel trends.

Specific Tasks:

  • Be responsible for account management on all marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize initiatives that help buyers more seamlessly transact on our platforms
  • Lead implementation and optimization of key features to improve online customer experience
  • Manage and track data and key performance indications for sales and trends
  • Manage e-commerce department of 20+ employees
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Service teams

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience related to e-commerce business experience/web marketing
  • College degree preferred
  • Retail Industry experience
  • Direct to consumer experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; Strong organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Self-motivated; Creative and Analytical thinker
  • Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Management experience

The Electronic Express Delivery Driver delivers merchandise between the warehouse and stores throughout Tennessee and Alabama. Driver must have a valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record, be comfortable driving in winter conditions, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, basic computer skills, and be organized and detail oriented. Some weekends and holidays may be required.

Specific Tasks:

  • Maintaining the trucks and informing the warehouse manager of any required service,
  • Loading and unloading the merchandise,
  • Keeping an accurate driver's log, and assisting with special projects.
  • This position requires experience in warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, inventory, and use of a forklift.
  • Other responsibilities include securing and moving pallets, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and being able to locate and verify materials in the warehouse.
  • THIS POSITION WILL BE ABOUT 50% DRIVING 50% WAREHOUSE.
