Official Rules

  1. Sponsor
    The NASCAR Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Electronic Express, 418 Harding Industrial Dr., Nashville, TN 37211 (“Sponsor”).
    This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with NASCAR.
  2. Eligibility
    Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
    Void where prohibited by law.
  3. No Purchase Necessary
    No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
  4. Promotion Period
    Entries will be accepted beginning March 2, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 (“Entry Period”).
  5. How to Enter
    Participants may enter by completing the official entry form (online or in-store) during the Entry Period.
    Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple identities, email addresses, or methods will be disqualified.
    By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may contact them by phone and/or email for purposes of administering the giveaway, including winner notification.
  6. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive:
    • Two (2) tickets to the NASCAR event taking place in Bristol, Tennessee on April 12, 2026

    Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Unknown at time of publication.
    Prize:
    • Is non-transferable
    • Has no cash value
    • May not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion
    • Winner is responsible for transportation, lodging, parking, meals, and any other expenses not expressly included.
  7. Winner Selection & Notification
    The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
    The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.
    The selected winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner:
    • Fails to respond within 24 hours,
    • Is ineligible,
    • Or cannot be contacted,
    Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  8. Publicity Release
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  9. General Conditions
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
    Sponsor is not responsible for:
    • Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries
    • Technical errors or system failures
    • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize
  10. Limitation of Liability
    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
  11. Privacy
    Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
  12. Winner List
    To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

    Requests must be received within 30 days of the drawing date.
