*Rebate in the form of a GE Appliances Visa® Prepaid Card with the purchase of 4 or more eligible GE Profile™ appliances January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024, at a participating authorized GE Appliances reseller in the 50 U.S. states or D.C. Depending on the number of appliances purchased, receive a GE Appliances Visa Prepaid Card valued up to $2,000 via online or mail-in rebate. No more than one appliance from each of the countertop microwave, over-the-range microwave, or ventilation categories will be eligible for the rebate (i.e., if you purchase two eligible microwave ovens only one of these would qualify for the rebate, but one microwave oven and one ventilation appliance would count as two eligible appliances). This rebate cannot be combined with any other GE Appliances package rebate. A complete list of eligible products and model numbers is located on page 3 of this document. For mail-in submissions, please fill in the circle beside the applicable product. You can find the purchase price and date on your invoice or receipt. For help locating your model and serial numbers, see page 2.
How to Receive Your GE Appliances Visa Prepaid Card
- To submit online, please visit www.GEAppliancesPromotions.com.
- If you choose to mail in your rebate request, please ensure that you have the following:
- Complete ALL information on the rebate form - including model number and serial number for each product. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Mark the models purchased on this form.
- A copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice which shows the model number and the name of the store where the appliances were purchased.
- The serial number for the products that you purchased. For assistance locating your model and serial numbers, visit www.GEAppliances.com/Finder.
- Purchases from Amazon®, Best Buy®, Conn's, Costco Warehouse, Lowe's® and The Home Depot® are not eligible for this rebate promotion.
- Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than August 31, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
