    The Big Easy® Smoker Roaster & grill lets you smoke, roast and grill--all in one. With TRU-Infrared there are no flare-ups and your food cooks evenly and juicy. It lights quickly and easily with the turn of a knob and there is a removable grease try for easy clean ups.

    Roaster

    Evenly cook ribs, roasts and other cuts of meat (up to 25 pounds) in the roasting basket, which easily lifts out of the cooker.

    Rotary Ignition

    Lights quickly and easily with the turn of a knob.

    Grease Tray

    The grease tray captures drips for easy clean-up. Custom-fit liner pans (sold separately) can be used to capture drips for gravy and other sauces.

    Grill Top

    Removable stainless steel cooking grate grills hamburgers, chops, wings, steaks and vegetables, without flare-ups.

    Warranty
