Product Description

Private audio in public, crystal-clear calls, and a UV-sterilizing charging case are signature features of the ATH-TWX9 Noise-Canceling True Wireless In-Ear Headphones from Audio-Technica. Choose from five different presets of noise cancellation as you listen to music and podcasts or take hands-free calls. The digital hybrid cancellation filters out distracting ambient noise, leaving you alone with your audio. Dual MEMS mics with beamforming, cVc, and sidetone work together to make hands-free calls clear, even when outdoors. When you're done listening, pop the earbuds into the included wireless charging case and use the built-in LED UV light to give the surfaces a deep cleaning.

All-Day Battery Life

On a full charge, the ATH-TWX9 earphones provide you with up to 6 hours of playback, and another 18.5 hours are available within the included charging case.

Wireless Charging Case

The case itself can be recharged in one of two ways. You can use the included USB-A to USB-C cable with an optional power adapter, or you can place them on an optional Qi-compatible wireless charging mat.

UV Cleaning

Headphones are frequently handled but, usually, infrequently cleaned from day to day. With the ATH-TWX9 earphones from Audio-Technica, you can rest easy knowing that the charging case will give each earphone a deep cleaning for you. Inside the case is an LED UV light that can kill a variety of germs, bacteria, and viruses from the surface of the earphones.

Please note that Audio-Technica has determined that the UV cleaning process is over 99% effective against E. coli and bacteriophage viruses, and over 90% effective against Staphylococcus aureus. However, the process is not effective against every form of bacteria and virus, and its efficacy against the novel coronavirus has not been verified as of this writing.

High-Quality Audio

The earphones are equipped with 5.8mm drivers that support Snapdragon Sound, aptX Adaptive, and Sony 360 Reality Audio for high-quality and immersive sound reproduction.

Crystal-Clear Calls

Dual MEMS microphones utilize beamforming technology to focus on your voice, rather than ambient sounds, to ensure that those who you speak to on hands-free calls can hear you clearly. To ensure crystal-clear calls, Audio-Technica also incorporates 8th gen cVc noise cancellation and sidetone circuitry, which can improve conversations by letting you hear your own voice during calls.

A-T Connect App

Remotely activate features and adjust settings with the mobile A-T Connect app. Among its array of features, the app will let you:

  • Activate low latency mode to help when watching videos
  • Personalize your noise cancellation settings
  • Personalize your EQ settings
  • Adjust the volume balance between earbuds
  • Choose different codecs
  • Select either Alexa or Google as your default voice assistant

Multipoint Pairing

Supporting multipoint pairing technology, you can pair the ATH-TWX9 earphones with two compatible Bluetooth devices simultaneously. This allows you to seamlessly switch between the devices as needed. So, you can be watching a video on your tablet, and then immediately switch to your smartphone to take an incoming call.
