The KitchenAid NSF Certified Commercial Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer features a stainless steel bowl guard, an 8 quart stainless steel bowl, 10 mixing speeds, and a bowl-lift design that provides stability when mixing heavy ingredients. A 1.3 horsepower motor delivers only 0.44 horsepower to the bowl itself and is designed to run longer, resulting in less heat build-up and optimum performance for years to come. Attachments that come with this mixer include a flat beater, Powerknead™ spiral dough hook, and a stainless steel wire whip.
