WALL OVENS:
Subject to the terms set forth herein, Whirlpool Brand of Whirlpool Corporation (hereafter Whirlpool”) guarantees your new 27”
or 30” Whirlpool Brand built-in standard single, double, or combination wall oven featuring the FIT System will fit your existing
standard cabinet cut-out of a compatible model width and configuration or Whirlpool will provide up to $300 toward the cost
of professionally modifying your cabinet’s height or width. The Fit System Limited Guarantee covers replacement installations in
your existing cabinet and is not valid for new cabinet installations related to new home construction or remodeling. In unusual
circumstances, the $300 maximum allowance may not cover the full cost of fitting your new 27” or 30” Whirlpool Brand built-in
wall oven into your existing cabinet; you are solely responsible for all costs that exceed the $300 maximum cabinet
modification allowance. Whirlpool makes no other guarantees as to the proper fit of your new Whirlpool Brand 27” or 30”
built-in wall oven other than as set forth herein.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
The FIT System Limited Guarantee applies only to cabinet modification and spatial issues in replacement
installations; it does not apply to the major appliance. For product information, see the use and care guide provided by the
manufacturer. Your sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Guarantee shall be the cost of cabinet modification, up to
a maximum of $300. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are
limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law. Whirlpool shall not be liable for any damage done to your home
or property, caused by you or any third party, during installation of the major appliance or cabinet modification. Whirlpool
shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so
these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SUBMIT A FIT SYSTEM LIMITED GUARANTEE CLAIM:

WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later) and prior to cabinet modification,complete the
contact, model and purchase information below and call the Fit System Limited Guarantee Service Center at 800-253-1301to initiate your claim.

WITHIN 90 DAYSof the purchase or delivery date (whichever is later), mail the following documents to the address
provided by the Fit System Limited Guarantee Service Representative:
- This completed and signed claim form;
- a legible copy of your sales receipt dated between 1/1/23-12/31/23 and proof of the delivery date, if utilizing thedelivery date to calculate the 30/90-day claim periods;
- a photograph of the existing oven model that is being replaced; and
- a dated invoice or receipt from a professional installer or contractor stating the cost to modify your existing cabinet.
30” SLIDE-IN RANGES
Subject to the terms set forth herein, Whirlpool Brand of Whirlpool Corporation (hereafter Whirlpool”) guarantees your new 30”
Whirlpool Brand slide-in range (qualifying models listed below) featuring the FIT System will fit your existing cut-out of 30” width,
countertop depth of 24”-25”,cabinet depth of 23”-24”, and countertop height of 36”. If your countertop cut-out depth is less
than 24” and you are not satisfied with the fit of your new Whirlpool brand 30” slide-in range, Whirlpool will provide up to $100
toward the cost of professionally modifying the depth of your countertop cut-out. In addition, if your countertop cut-out depth
is less than 24” and removal of your old range reveals uneven or slightly damaged edges on the sides of your countertop
cut-out, Whirlpool will provide a set of two (2), (each 1⁄2 inch wide) trim pieces which are designed to cover up to 1⁄2 inch of the
side edges of your countertop cut-out. The Fit System Limited Guarantee covers replacement installations in your existing
cut-out and is not valid for appliance installations related to new home construction or remodeling. In unusual circumstances,
the $100 maximum countertop cut-out modification allowance may not cover the full cost of modifying your countertop
cut-out depth; you are solely responsible for all costs that exceed the $100 maximum countertop cut-out modification
allowance. Whirlpool makes no other guarantees as to the proper fit of your new Whirlpool Brand 30” slide-in range other than
as set forth herein.
