Rebate is up to $150 off basic professional installation cost and does not apply to self-installation. Install amount must be included on purchase invoice or installer invoice. Limit one appliance from each category per customer, receipt, household or address. No substitution of other models is allowed. Claim MUST be postmarked no later than August 12, 2022. Online claims must be submitted by August 12, 2022.
